Singing English Level 2 Training: Sound to Symbol Methodology

This training is designed for educators who have completed the Level 1 Training in person or have completed watching the Level 1 Live-Stream recording. This training allows participants to expand upon the song-games they have learned in Level 1 to explore how to apply Singing English techniques and the Sound to Symbol Methodology to their literacy and language lessons.

At this workshop educators will learn:​

• Easy to learn and implement Sound to Symbol techniques such as song-maps, tapping & song-dotting that will enhance current language arts lessons. 
• A deeper understanding of the connection between song- games, and the development of literacy skills.
• Developmentally appropriate and inclusive language and literacy activities that are easy to use both indoors and outdoors.
